INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
1- 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Masala
2- Oil
3- 250g of paneer cubes
4- Diced vegetables (onion & capsicum)
5- 2 cup (300ml) water
METHOD :
Step 1 : Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan .
Step 2 : Add onion and capsicum in a pan & stir fry .
Step 3 : Add paneer and stir fry .
Step 4 : Add the mixture of water and Ching’s Chilly paneer taste maker .
Step 5: Bring to a boil & simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot.
Step 6: Serve hot
